Captain Boomerang

Here's my Captain Boomerang from DC 2010. Costume coat, hat, chest strap and resin boomerangs made by Max. I used a black t-shirt, black jeans, silver belt buckle, black motor cycle gauntlets, white scarfe and plain black hero boots for the rest.

Bought a pair of wooden boomerangs for the larger ones and just painted them white. Oh, and I glued on a pair of sideburns :)

The costume was based on an action figure that itself was based on the animated JLU Captain Boomerang.

Accent was supplied by little old Aussie me. Funny thing was. While running around as Boomer at DC I had one person ask how I got the accent down so well (ummm.... 42 years of practice) and another tell me it was no Australian and needed work ... "well mate it's good enough back home in Australia the last 42 years so you can right bugger off eh?"

ust finished up one set of flash wings for Arron and I am about to pull a set for Trevor thought I would share, I think I will be going with a less shiny gold but I want to hear form them first. I also am using these on my Blue Lantern Flash. Enjoy!!

Here's the Captain Cold costume made for HeroPubcrawl 2007.

Bodysuit was a white cotton pair of overalls, with hood attached...dyed blue. Fur added (same as boots / gloves).

Glasses - made by me.
Gun - Repainted toy gun with LED - Me
Belt/holster - Me....last minute though (upgraded soon)

Fur hadn't been added to gloves in picture of Ollie wearing it.
