It was really nice meeting you too. I saw you at SDCC and I believe there is a pic or two of you in my 'space album. Loved your costume btw and can't wait to see you master more characters.
Thanks so much for the kind words. I'm always surprised to hear I have a nice reputation and it means much more to me than the comments on the costumes. (which are also welcomed. )

I'd love to see the previous versions! It was an absolute pleasure to meet you at D*con - I'd heard such nice things about you from several members here. And this costume looked even better in person, the details are incredible! I remember having to touch the leather armor because I couldn't quite believe what it was made of. Fantastic work!

Thanks! I'm already working on next year's version. Nice to be here among fellow character costuming fanatics. (I hate the term "cosplay").

Love the upgrade to fully armored Conan!! Superb job. You nailed it, and that axe is insanely cool! Great job on the leather armor. I've read all of RE Howard's Conan too. When I sold my comic collection a few years back, I kept a few titles...like Conan 1-ahhh, well, 4-5 years worth. Savage Tales and Savage Sword.

I made everything except the boots and the brown cloth shirt, both of which are heavily modified. Weapons are fiberglass and plastic. Leather armor with copper links. I enjoy making the props almost as much as wearing the costume. Thanks to everyone in the con-world for the feedback and inspiration. Special thanks to R.E.Howard for creating and writing the Conan books and friend Ken Kelly for his inspirational artwork that shaped and developed a large part of my life.
