In actuality, her suit is one of the older suits that of her Father's, when he went to battle against The SpiderMan named Ben Reilly! I am not really able to add any photo's of My SpiderGirl suit within this thread, but however if you really would want to look at the photo's that I have within my gallery, please feel to do so! (Moderator's if you have to try to find photo's of me in my costume and ya'll can put them in here, that would be awesome! ;) ) Also, just a little bit of history behind my SpiderGirl suit that I have had for almost 10 years. Just have to let you know that the suit is not truely hand made. It was purchased from an Athletic Design Production called Margaret Waite Athletic Designs, and they quit making those suits like almost 2 years after they started making them. I now have what you call is a "Collector's Item" within the realm of Costuming! I did do a tad bit of modifying to that suit. I added new Mesh eyes to the suit (Thanks to Amazing Spidey for helping me with that!!) And the second part to that modifying was adding rubber soles to the feet! Which wasn't too bad in getting done! I am however going to finish my Venom type SpiderGirl suit this summer. (A friend said that I needed to get back into the costuming groove and finish of what I started!) If any new members has any questions on/about SpiderGirl please PM me! Thanks! ~L. 4 A.M. I right-clicked on the second picture, went to "properties" and pasted this image in with the "add from url" feature: You should be able to click on the little square button with the image of the mountains on it and add these directly from your Gallery Lisa. Posts: 533 06/12/09 8:49	I've got a question.......what's with the origin story involving Ben Reilly? Ben Reilly...WAS spiderman.....he was his original clone, who returned because Aunt May was dying (again). When Pete chased him down, he revealed that he had not infact died in their battle years before, then at the same time Peter parker was charged with several murders. Cut a long story short, the jackal was back....Kain (a horribly mutated clone or Peter) had been killing off Spidey foes and was hunting Ben Reilly. It all got really out of hand, more clones turned up, Mary Janes's pregnancy was complicated, and during some tests etc it turned out that Ben was in fact the REAL Peter Parker, and comic readers had been following the CLONE for all these years. Peter Parker's powers began dissappearing, Ben Reilly took over the duties of Spiderman, Pete retired with Mary Jane to raise their daughter etc etc. Norman Osborne returned, Pete came to the rescue of Ben, ben sacrificed himself to save Pete from being impaled on the Goblin Glider, ben dissolved.........hmmmm so he WAS the clone...........Pete became Spiderman again......and Marvel returned comics continuity to status quo..........and their sales returned (ONE MORE DAY MARVEL......learn from your friggin mistakes). So Ben Reilly was actually May-Day parker's 'Uncle'.......(well a clone of her dad).... Here endeth the lesson. ...It looks like a fist. (I read that story years ago, and hadn't picked up a comic book since that, till a few years ago, when I started reading SpiderGirl and got her comic book, and started Costuming as her.) And with Mary Jane's pregnancy being so complicated at the time....they had forgotten to mention that her baby was stillborn (or wasn't she stillborn?....that became a mystery?...or that she was stolen?).... However with Spidergirl/May Day Parker living in an alternate universe (of where she didn't die) and that she lived with her Mother and Father and Baby Brother, is the story that is now.... Just to let you know now, Marvel had/has decided to end their run of The Amazing SpiderGirl Series..... (but fans have been fighting to keep her!).... I haven't got any more SpiderGirl comics for a good while, so I don't know of what is up with her story now.... ~L. 4 A.M.
