I added this separate from the Black Lightning thread, because although they are similar, they are not the same character (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Vulcan). This is the rare costume that George asked for by name. He also insisted on the blue/yellow color scheme, rather than the black/gold variation so often seen outside the original SuperFriends cartoons. Speaking of variations, you might notice the cowl covers the neck and the upper V of the bodysuit is filled in, whereas the cartoon version mostly has an exposed neck and chest ... not only was this George's preference, he also wanted to do it because in the cartoon, the costume was almost never shown the same way twice, and often parts of the suit would be alternatingly filled in or left blank, or appear in reverse colors.
