Here is my dear friend's Chamber, which I had the pleasure of helping him make by applying several layers of paper tape to his face, letting it harden
into a removable form, and then spray-gluing on fabric. We wanted to wrap his whole chest, but it wasn't feasible, so we settled for just the neck and
lower face. The clothes were a thrift store find, believe it or not! I had to add fabric at the bottom of his pants 'cause he's such a tall dude.
