I wanted to do a Klingon costume but I wanted something different.
This was my first major costume project where I designed and sewed the entire costume.

Considering the extremely large number of Klingon constumers out there, I was rather surprised that the only Klingon presence in this Forum was the "Mego Klingon" (which is a terrific costume, IMHO). - Jeff

The old Klingon costume was dusted off this weekend (one uses Tribbles for this purpose) and paraded at the Cyphan convention.

Mine was less than $100, but it was labor-intensive.
