The top is a laser-cut red shine spandex, and because there are holes in that fabric there's a black spandex with red hologram dots underneath. I got the red laser-cut spandex in the garment district in LA. It usually has to be custom ordered, but we found a store that carries it. It comes in green as well...in case you're thinking about classic Mera. :)

Posts: 220 05/15/11 5:28 SCF Superhero	So! I got around to getting Mera's current costume (mostly) done for Boston Comic Con. I want to redo her crown with more stuff from the sea and less stuff from Michael's, and I need to add her seashells to her hands (but I need to find some first...) but besides that, am pretty happy with it! And the crown was my first time working with wonderflex, which was a fun learning experience. Hope you like! :) Yay for Boston having a store FULL of lobster type things right next to the con. With TheDarkDame as Siren!

I was blown away by the amount of Aquaman love that was pouring out of the fans. Of course Aquadog wanted in on the photo NEVER insult a Superheroine's outfit!
