Steel.... made from metallic spandex from Joann's Fabric. The cape was one used from a Superman suit.
Tube on thighs from lowes cable tubing. And the belt was made from metal socket covers.

That picture doesnt do him justice... Josh He is a big boy. He said he is around 230. as for posing. Hell my favorite Superman no offense to anyone that dresses like him... is Danny. And have you seen him pose. He looks like an action figure. Thats what im aiming for one day.

amazing bro, awesome suit! You really bring steel to life. Def cant wait to see you to John Jones like with your Dr Manhattan suit.
And I find all shots ive seen of josh this year to be disapointing, he look so much better last year, he looks very sloppy this year, at least for how perfect he looked last. I agree though, danny is my superman.

Thanks I am working on the finishing touches for the Martian suit now. As for Josh, talking to him he said he was doing cross fit now. Which explains how he
slimmed down or why.

nice cant wait. Cross fits great, real strength building functional working out ruitines. I wouldnt say he personally looks sloppy but that his suit looks bad
on him. the S is all distored, he made a new cape that doesnt look as good, and his belts flopping always.

Agreed... I do feel the same way. I like him in his old suit better. As for you... you make a damn good Superman yourself. Look forward to meeting you if I can
make it to Dragon Con.

I agree, Josh had a much better suit last year. You guys all make great Supermen, and that Steel costume is great!

Robin you look very striking as Steel
Yeah i wonder what the deal with Josh's suit. I met him 5 years ago at Comicon and he had a really sharp suit on at the time that he recently had commissioned. Whoever did this one really messed it up. I wonder if he got it too close to event time to salvage it 
Allen Josh is indeed a big guy and pretty darn accomodating
