The Heckler was created by Keith Giffen and starred in an “on-going” series (6 issues) in the early 90’s.  It was very much a parody and it can be best described as Spiderman meets Bugs Bunny.  The Heckler is my very first costume and I figured why not start off with something unique.  With some minor touchups this will be ready for MegaCon 2012.
