Posts: 533 08/30/09 4:48	The helmet was made out of chicken wire, shaped to fit. Then fibreglass matting and resing was added to create the shell.......a buttload of filler etc, and various layers later = helmet. All the trim is made from styrene sheet shapes. Chest armour is actually just three layers of cardboard, papermache, a couple layers of resin and some filler (the little domes are the bottom part of toy egss you get from dispensers with toys inside). ...It looks like a fist.
