I picked up a coat, a leather vest, and a grey turtleneck at a thrift store. I used the action figure as a 3-D model as I took some pajama pants from a thrift store and added the grey stripe on the side with the interweaving gold stripes. The gloves were from a thrift store (I unstitched the fingers and re-sewed them for the three-finger effect), and I picked up the pointy teeth during Halloween. The yellow contact lenses were from Walmart (I also use them for my Mr. Data outfit). The tail was part of a mobile for a crib, and I added the pointy part by using craft foam. The boots are "ninja" boots with the split toe.
