This is the cheap eBay version of the costume that comes from China. When it arrived, it had white cloth for the eyes that I could barely see anything ot of-- I cut out the white cloth and used some reflective silver skiing goggles for the eyes. I used a needle and a pair of pliers-- I heated the needle and then made a series of holes in the plastic of the googles around the edge. Then, I sewed the google lenses into the black fabric around the eyes.
The bottom of the feet are cheap flip flops attached with duct tape to the bottom of the Spidey feet. I know there are more permanent solutions, but sometimes I appear at things like Free Comic Book Day where I don't actually walk around that much, and sometimes I run 5K races as Spider-Man, so I wear red running shoes. The duct tape solution is kind of messy, but it allows me to switch between casual milling around and actual running. More recently, I'm using the soles of some red slippers for casual walking, and I think the feet look much better now that way.
