From "Utopia" story arc, as part of Dark X-Men
Made by me of spandex, marine vinyl, styrene, stickyback mylar, pleather, foamies, plastic, reflective tape, auto trim, with ear prosthetics and plastic
ankle wings. Took about 7 days to make, 5 of which was taken up by cutting out and stitching the scales out of marine vinyl. Each scale is a separate piece
individually sewn to the costume.

CLASSIC Namor (NAKED MAN ALERT!)
Debuted Dragon Con 2009 Made by me: Trunks are moleskin covered with painted aluminum scales, individually stitched on. Belt and wristbands are styrene covered with gold mylar and car trim. Ankle wings are plastic wings from a toy unicorn, mounted on heavy gauge wire. Ears are Woochies. Pardon me for not shaving.

Found a pic of the ankle wings, also throwing in a pic of a sketch I used as a reference for the costumes we did. I really liked they way the artist tied in
the "X"s on all the costumes, even though a lot of the details here don't show up in the actual comics.
